FEASIBILITY TAX REPORT
If you have any doubts about the accuracy of the value assigned to your property by the County Assessor, order a Feasibility Tax Report. The expert staff at Eagle County Tax Appeal will prepare a market analysis as a basis for determining the reasonableness of the “Current Year Actual Value” assigned by the Eagle County Assessors office. This information will help you determine the feasibility of an appeal. We will perform analysis of market data and prepare a sales comparison grid utilizing comparable sales compared to your property. This report will provide you with a range of value for your property as of June 30, 2022, the effective date for the 2023 and 2024 tax valuation years.
We offer this service at a fixed fee as low as $199, allowing you to affordably determine if your property is overvalued and if it may be feasible to pursue an appeal.
For as little as $199, an experienced appraiser will prepare a market analysis to help you determine if the County Assessor has overvalued your property. That is a small price to pay for the opportunity to gain the peace of mind that you are not being over-taxed, and the potential to save $1,000’s of dollars in taxes.
With this information, you are in a better position to make qualified decisions about pursuing a tax protest. If you believe an appeal makes sense, utilize our Tax Protest Report.

Fees for the Feasibility Tax Report are based on a sliding scale. Fixed fees vary depending on the Actual Value assigned to each individual property by the Eagle County Assessor’s office. Properties with lower values are charged a smaller fee than those properties with higher values.
The following table reflects our fee schedule for Feasibility Tax Reports:
Improved & Vacant Residential Property (Models: Condo, SFR, Townhome, Mobile, Vacant Land, Residential Land)
These prices are valid through Friday, May 15, 2023. Price increases for any of our services may be applied for orders placed after this date due to the severe time constraints involved in submitting protests by the June 1, 2023 deadline.
If we can support a reduction in value, we will file a Tax Protest Report with the Assessor and take the appeal to a reasonable conclusion. Our compensation will be a 38% Contingent Fee of any tax savings generated over the two tax years affected by this valuation. The Contingent Fee payment plan allows you to pursue the appeals process without the payment of up-front fees. We only get paid if we are successful in achieving a reduction in value for your property.
