Fees For Services
We have simplified the payment process by charging an initial fee for the initial Feasibility Tax Report, and then charging an additional contingent fee of any tax savings if we reduce the value via an appeal. If we can support a reduction in value, we will file a Tax Protest Report with the Assessor and take the appeal to a reasonable conclusion. Our compensation will be a 38% Contingent Fee of any tax savings generated over the two tax years affected by this valuation.
The Contingent Fee payment will cover our preparation of the Tax Protest Report and submittal to the Assessor. It will also cover our representation of your appeal at the CBOE and Binding Arbitration hearings, if necessary. We will handle all correspondence and negotiations with the Assessor and the County Board of Equalization (CBOE).

We will prepare a market analysis and provide you with a value range and estimated tax savings to help you determine the feasibility of pursuing an appeal. This must be paid for with a fixed fee, as outlined below. Learn More
Tax Protest Report:
If the Feasibility Tax Reports suggests your property is over-valued, we will prepare a Tax Protest Report utilizing the most accurate methodologies available. This report will be submitted to the Eagle County Assessor’s office by June 1, 2019. Learn More
Our fee for handling the appeal is a Contingent Fee of 38% of the 2-year tax savings generated through the appeals process. We only get paid if we are successful in achieving a reduction in value for your property. We will represent you through the remainder of the tax protest process.
The following table reflects our fee schedule for orders placed by May 25, 2019. Price increases for any of our services may be applied to orders placed after this date due to the severe time constraints involved in submitting appeals by the June 1, 2019 deadline.
