Fees For Services

We have simplified the payment process by charging an initial fee for the initial Feasibility Tax Report, and then charging an additional contingent fee of any tax savings if we reduce the value via an appeal.  If we can support a reduction in value, we will file a Tax Protest Report with the Assessor and take the appeal to a reasonable conclusion.  Our compensation will be a 38% Contingent Fee of any tax savings generated over the two tax years affected by this valuation.

The Contingent Fee payment will cover our preparation of the Tax Protest Report and submittal to the Assessor.  It will also cover our representation of your appeal at the CBOE and Binding Arbitration hearings, if necessary.  We will handle all correspondence and negotiations with the Assessor and the County Board of Equalization (CBOE).
